Hello Cooking Heads how are you all?!! I hope you doing good. So today I am sharing with you how you can make Pinni or Laddu at home. Which is Healthy food for Winters, it gives us energy. So let's get started!! Ingredients 1: Flour ( Atta) 4 Bowl. 2: Elaichi powder 1 tablespoon. 3: Muskmelon seeds 2 tablespoon. 4: Al monds 100 G M. 5: Cash ews 1 00 GM. 6: Desi Ghee 3 bowl. Procedure 1: Grind almonds and cash ews 2: Add ghee in the pan. 3: T hen add Flour(Atta). keep it cooking and keep mixing ghee and Atta until Flour color changes to light brown . 4: After cooking it for 20 minutes , let it cool. 5: Now add the mixture in a Big plate 6: Now add Sugar powder, Elaichi , Muskmelon seeds , grated almonds, and cashews . 7: Mix all the ingredients. 8: After mixing well , take the small equal mixtur e and make balls like this Now it's ready to be served !
