How to make Pinni(Atta Laddu)

Hello Cooking Heads how are you all?!! I hope you doing good. So today I am sharing with you how you can make Pinni or Laddu at home. Which is Healthy food for Winters, it gives us energy. So let's get started!! Ingredients  1: Flour ( Atta) 4 Bowl. 2: Elaichi powder 1 tablespoon.   3: Muskmelon seeds 2 tablespoon. 4: Al monds 100 G M. 5: Cash ews 1 00 GM. 6: Desi Ghee 3 bowl.       Procedure 1: Grind almonds and cash ews  2: Add ghee in the pan. 3: T hen add Flour(Atta). keep it cooking and keep mixing ghee and Atta until Flour color changes to light brown . 4: After cooking it for 20 minutes , let it cool. 5: Now add the mixture in a Big plate 6: Now add Sugar powder, Elaichi , Muskmelon seeds , grated almonds, and cashews . 7: Mix all the ingredients. 8: After mixing well , take the small equal mixtur e and make balls like this        Now it's ready to be served ! How to Make Gajar Ka Halwa at Home Quick

Hello Cooking Heads how are you doing!!. So today i am sharing with you how to make Gajar ka halwa at Home... So lets get started Ingredients:- 1: Semi boiled Carrots (1 KG): Using Semi boiled Carrots Will save your time. 2: Pure Ghee 4 Table Spoon 3: Some Dry Fruits  4: Mava Or Khoya 5: Cardamom or Elaichi Powder or Elaichi will also work Fine. Procedure:- 1: Boil the Carrots for 10 mins. 2: In a pan Add Pure Ghee 4 tablespoon. 3: Add Elaichi Powder or Elaichi And some chopped Cashew (5 or 6 pieces). 4: Add the Semi boiled Carrots in the pan. 5: Add Sugar (According to your Taste)  6: Then Stir it till all the ingredients mix well. 7: Then let it Cook on Low flames for about 15 mins.  8: In every 5 mins Stir it So as it will cook properly from all sides. 9: After 15 mins add Some dry fruits and Khoya (Mava) 10: After adding , mix the ingredients again.
