Hello Cooking Heads how are you all?!! I hope you doing good. So today I am sharing with you how you can make Pinni or Laddu at home. Which is Healthy food for Winters, it gives us energy. So let's get started!!
Ingredients
1: Flour(Atta)4 Bowl.
2: Elaichi powder 1 tablespoon.
3: Muskmelon seeds 2 tablespoon.
4: Almonds 100 GM.
5: Cashews 100 GM.
6: Desi Ghee 3 bowl.
Procedure
1: Grind almonds and cashews
2: Add ghee in the pan.
3: Then add Flour(Atta). keep it cooking and keep mixing ghee and Atta until Flour color changes to light brown.
4: After cooking it for 20 minutes, let it cool.
5: Now add the mixture in a Big plate
6: Now add Sugar powder, Elaichi, Muskmelon seeds, grated almonds, and cashews.
7: Mix all the ingredients.
8: After mixing well, take the small equal mixture and make balls like this
Now it's ready to be served!
