How to make shahi paneer at home


Hello Cooking Heads today i am going to share with you how i make shahi paneer at home. so lets get started!!!!!


Ingredients:

1: Cashews: 10 to 15.

2: Ginger juliennes : 1 tsp

3: Green Chili : tsp

4: Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp

5: 8 to 10 

6: Cloves : 5 to 6 







7: Onions : 4 to 5










8: Tomatoes : 10 to 12










9: Paneer : Half kg












10: Kasoori methi : 1 tsp


11: Cashews: 5-6 Chopped 



12: Butter : 50 Gram 

13: Ginger juliennes: 1 tsp 

14: Green Chili: 1





Thats All!!!

Procedure

1: Cut Paneer in triangle shape (or any shape you like )

2: Heat a  pan add add:-
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Cloves 
  • Cardamom
  • Cashews 
  • Onions 
  • Ginger garlic paste
Saute for 5 minutes
later the Onions will start sweating add
  • Tomatoes 
Saute till the tomatoes get soft. When tomatoes get soft add
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder 
  • Tarmarind(Haldi)
  • Garam masala 
  • Saute for 5 more minutes 
  • after that turn off the gas and let it cool 
When its cold Blend it and strain it. After straining the paste is ready for the Tarka

Now in a another pan add
  • Oil (Just to prevent the butter from burning and oil )
  • Butter 
  • Ginger
  • Green chili

When Butter is melted Add the puree in the pan and cook it for about 15 minutes

Later add
  • fresh cream:  100 gram 
  • Kasoori methi powder 
  • Paneer 
now finally cook it for about 5 minutes now its ready to be served
