How to make pani puri (gol gappe) at home

Hello, there today I am sharing with you how to make Pani puri (golgape) at home. So let's get started!!!


Ingredients for Pani

1: Mint leaves (Pudina) : 1 Bowl 

2: Coriander leaves (Dhaniya): 1 Bowl



3: Green Chili: for Taste I added 4 which was super spicy ! 1 will be fine.

4: Black Salt: 1 tsp

5: Salt: 1 tsp

6: Cumin powder (Jira powder): 1 tsp
7: Boondi: 1 Bowl

8: Lemon Juice: 1 lemon 


TO make pani for the puri 

1: In a grinder add

  • Mint leaves 
  • Coriander leaves  
  • Black salt 
  • Salt
  • Green Chili 
  • Half glass of water
  • And grind them till you get a smooth paste.
 
2: When the paste is ready, Add the paste in a pan and Add
  •  Half liter water
  •  Hing (Asafoetida)
  •  Cumin powder(Jeera powder)
  •  Lemon Juice 
  •  Them well 
 3: After Mixing well Strain it in a bowl and Add Boondi now Pani puri is ready 


 To make Puri or Gol Gappe 

Ingredients

1: Semolina (Suji): 1 Bowl 

  
2: Olive Oil: 1/2 Bowl 


3: Add Flour (Atta): 1 Bowl

4: Salt: 1 tsp

 

 Steps 

1: In a Bowl Add 
  •  Semolina (Suji)
  •  Flour (Atta)
  •  Olive Oil
  •  Salt
Mix them well. Later add Water for Kneading. When the dough is ready Flat the dough and Take any bottle cap (Approx 1.5cm) and make ball patterns on the dough and remove the remaining Mixture 

Now the final step 

Heat oil in a pan and fry them Keep them frying till they change color to Dark Brown 

Let the Gol Gappa's get cool then they are ready to be served
