How to make halwa punjabi Style!

Hello guys today i am sharing with you how to make halwa (karah parshad), So lets get started!!


 Ingredients 
1: Water : 260 ML

2: Desi ghee: 250 ML

3: Sugar : 230 Gm

4: flour(atta): 250 gm


Step 1: 

Take a pan and add water and sugar and let them boil.


When it comes to the boil switch of the gas and keep it aside.

Step 2: 

Take a pan and add
  • Desi ghee (once the oil become hot then add)
  • Flour(Atta)
  • On medium flame mix them well. There should not be any lambs.
  •  Keep mixing till there are no lambs.
  • When the color changes to golden Brown add the water in which we have already boiled sugar.
  • keep on stirring till the water gets dissolved properly it will take 5 minutes. 
  • Once the water is socked Now its ready to be served
