Hello guys today i am sharing with you how to make halwa (karah parshad), So lets get started!! Ingredients 1: Water : 260 ML 2: Desi ghee: 250 ML 3: Sugar : 230 Gm 4: flour(atta): 250 gm Step 1: Take a pan and add water and sugar and let them boil. When it comes to the boil switch of the gas and keep it aside. Step 2: Take a pan and add Desi ghee (once the oil become hot then add) Flour(Atta) On medium flame mix them well. There should not be any lambs. Keep mixing till there are no lambs. When the color changes to golden Brown add the water in which we have already boiled sugar. keep on stirring till the water gets dissolved properly it will take 5 minutes.
