Hello guys today i am sharing with you how to make halwa (karah parshad), So lets get started!!   Ingredients  1: Water : 260 ML 2: Desi ghee: 250 ML 3: Sugar : 230 Gm 4: flour(atta): 250 gm Step 1:  Take a pan and add water and sugar and let them boil. When it comes to the boil switch of the gas and keep it aside. Step 2:  Take a pan and add Desi ghee (once the oil become hot then add) Flour(Atta) On medium flame mix them well. There should not be any lambs.  Keep mixing till there are no lambs. Hello, guys today I am sharing with you how to make pasta or macaroni at home, So let's get started!!! Ingredients 1 : Pasta (Macaroni): 150 grams 2 : Olive oil: 7 TBSP 3: Capsicum: 1 Chopped  4: Onions: 2 Chopped  5: Red Chili : 1 TSP 6: Oregano : 1 TBSP 7: Salt: 1 TBSP 8: Ginger garlic paste: 1 TBSP 9: Tomato ketchup: 2 TBSP 10: Pizza Pasta Sauce: 2 TBSP 11: Water: 1 liter Step 1: Boil the Pasta(Macaroni)   In a bowl Add, Water Pasta(Macaroni) Olive oil 2 TBSP Salt Leave it till it gets boiled. Note: After 15 minutes check weather they are soft if not let them cook for next 2-3 minutes  Once they are ready, let them cool for 5-10 minutes Drain the hot water  Drain the hot water and keep them under running cold water for 1 minute So that they won't stick together  Let the Magic Begin!!!!   In a Pan add Olive oil 5 TBSP Chopped Onions  Ginger garlic paste Chopped capsicum  

How to make pani puri (gol gappe) at home

Hello, there today I am sharing with you how to make Pani puri (golgape) at home. So let's get started!!! How to make Masala Papad

H ello, cooking heads! hope you all doing well. So today I am sharing with you how to make Masala Papad at home so let's get started!!! Ingredients  1: 1 Chopped Onion 2: 1 Chopped tomato without seeds  3: 2 Green chills Chopped without seeds   4: Coriander leaves(Dhaniya)  5: Lemon juice of a half lemon 6: Chaat masala (for taste) 7: Olive Oil for frying  Procedure  1: Add Oil in the pan. 2: Heat the oil for 5 mins. 3: Fry papad in the pan.
